- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 2 handfuls of cockles
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned

- 2 perilla leaves, julienned
Seasonings

- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide

- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

STEPS
Clean and blanch the cockles. Alternatively, use canned cockles for convenience.
Beat the egg and cook a thin egg sheet. Slice it into thin strips.
Julienne the carrot, onion, and perilla leaves. Lightly sauté the onion.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl. Arrange the vegetables, cockles, and egg strips on top. Add the seasoning and mix well before eating.
