INGREDIENTS
Seaweed
- 🌿 1 sheet roasted seaweed
Vegetables
- 🍄 25g enoki mushrooms
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- đź’§ 150ml water
STEPS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
In a microwave-safe container, combine enoki mushrooms, chopped green onion, and the seasoning ingredients (dashi powder, salt, and water). Mix well.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Add soy sauce and tear the roasted seaweed into pieces while mixing into the soup.
