INGREDIENTS

- 🍝 100g short pasta
Seafood
- 🦪 150g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 1/4 red paprika (52g)
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic
- 🌿 1 sprig parsley

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

- 1 tbsp sake

STEPS
Wash clams by rubbing the shells together.
Dice red paprika into 1cm cubes, slice garlic thinly, and chop parsley.
Boil water in a pot, add 1 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook short pasta according to package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add paprika and clams. Stir until coated with oil.
