    • 350g soft tofu
    • 200g clams

    • 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1/2 tbsp chili powder

    • 1 tbsp fish sauce

Prepare 350g of soft tofu and 200g of clams.

Boil the clams in a pot for 7-8 minutes until they bubble.

While clams are boiling, prepare the seasonings: mince garlic and chop green onion.

Mix 1/2 tbsp chili powder with 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil to make chili oil.

Add soft tofu to the boiling clams and stir gently.

Season with 1 tbsp fish sauce and add chopped green onion.

Pour the prepared chili oil into the pot.

Crack 1 egg into the stew and let it cook for a minute.
