Separate clams from the canned juice. Add water to the juice to make a total of 360 ml.

Mince the onion and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then add rice and cook until translucent.

Add clams, consomme, salt, pepper, and the prepared liquid mixture. Stir well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let the rice sit, covered, for 15 minutes to steam. Garnish with parsley before serving.
