    • 🥓 4 slices bacon, cut into 1cm strips

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • đź§€ 3 tbsp grated cheese
  • Liquids

    • đź’§ 50ml water
    • 🥛 200ml milk
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tsp consomme powder
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper

STEPS

Mince the onion, dice the carrot into 1cm cubes, cut the bacon into 1cm strips, and separate the shimeji mushrooms. Drain the clams and reserve the liquid.

Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion, carrot, bacon, and shimeji mushrooms until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the reserved clam liquid and water to the pot, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the clams, milk, consomme, salt, pepper, and cooked rice to the pot. Mix well and bring to a boil. Stir in grated cheese and serve.
