INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 2 packs frozen udon noodles
Seafood
- 1 pack clams (6–8 pieces)
Meat
- 100g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch spinach
- Green onion to taste
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salad oil
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 100cc concentrated noodle sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- đź’§ 600cc water
STEPS
Soak clams in water to remove sand, then scrub shells.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Wrap spinach in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Rinse in cold water, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place frozen udon in a heatproof container and microwave according to package instructions. Rinse in cold water.
Heat salad oil in a pot and sauté chicken until its color changes. Add seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add udon and clams to the pot. Cover and cook until clams open. Turn off the heat and serve udon, clams, chicken, spinach, and green onion in bowls.
