INGREDIENTS

- 🍝 160g spaghetti [1.6mm]
Seafood
- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🥦 80g chopped broccoli
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Liquid
- 50ml pasta cooking water
STEPS
Chop the broccoli finely. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and mince.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add broccoli and stir-fry over medium heat for 1–2 minutes. Add clams and white wine, cover, and cook over medium heat until clams open (2–3 minutes).
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Reserve 50ml of pasta water and drain the spaghetti.
Add spaghetti and reserved pasta water to the frying pan. Stir-fry over medium heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
