    • 200g clams (purged)
  • Meat

    • 60g thinly sliced pork belly
  • Vegetables

    • 100g bean sprouts
    • 100g kimchi
    • Chopped green onions, as needed
  • Dairy / Tofu

    • 1/2 block silken tofu
  • Condiments

    • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 1/2 tbsp gochujang
    • A pinch of grated ginger
    • 600ml water

STEPS

Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the silken tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and add the pork belly. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.

Add all the seasonings (sake, miso, gochujang, ginger, and water) to the pot and mix well until dissolved.

Once boiling, add tofu, bean sprouts, and kimchi to the pot.

Add the clams, cover the pot, and cook until the clams open.

Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
