STEPS
Drain the oil from the canned salmon using a sieve and set aside. Chop the green onion into small pieces.
In a pan, mix perilla oil, corn syrup, gochujang, and minced garlic. Stir well and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, ensuring the sauce doesn't burn.
Add the drained salmon and chopped green onion to the pan. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until everything is well combined.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish and serve immediately with warm rice.
