INGREDIENTS

- 🍊 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 🍋 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 🍬 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 🌿 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
STEPS
In a small pot, dissolve the sugar in water over medium heat to create a simple syrup. Let it cool.
Mix orange juice, lemon juice, and the cooled simple syrup in a bowl.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn until it thickens.
Transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Serve scoops of the sorbet in a bowl or glass, garnished with orange zest and fresh mint leaves.
