Wrap the tofu in a kitchen paper towel, place it in a microwave-safe container, and heat it in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes. Drain the excess water. Cut the chrysanthemum leaves into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, and ground sesame). Add the chrysanthemum leaves and lightly toss. Add the tofu, crumble it gently while mixing, and combine everything well.
