  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 1/4 head lettuce
    • 🥒 1/2 cucumber
    • 🍅 1 tomato
  • Seaweed

    • 4 sheets Korean seaweed
  • Dressing

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp vinegar
    • đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut off the ends of the cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise, and cut into diagonal slices. Halve the tomato, remove the stem, and dice into 1cm cubes.

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, sesame seeds). Add the lettuce, cucumber, and tomato, and toss lightly.

Plate the salad and top with torn Korean seaweed.
