Meat
- 🥩 260g beef, steak cut
Vegetables
- đź§… 1 onion, sliced
- 3 green chilies, deseeded
Marinade
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ 4 dashes black pepper
- đź§„ 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- đź§‚ 2 pinches salt
Sauce
- 2 tbsp steak sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- đź§‚ 2 dashes black pepper
STEPS
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. If using imported beef, soak in water briefly to remove excess blood.
Marinate the beef with olive oil, black pepper, salt, and minced garlic. Let it sit for a while.
Slice the onion and deseed the green chilies. Prepare them for stir-frying.
Mix the sauce ingredients: steak sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, corn syrup, ketchup, and black pepper.
Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil. Stir-fry the marinated beef until the surface is cooked.
Add the prepared vegetables to the pan and stir-fry with the beef.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry everything together on high heat.
