STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare three 9x5-inch loaf pans by greasing and flouring.
Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil, and water in a large bowl, then beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Blend in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt until fully incorporated.
Fold in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans, filling each 1/2 to 3/4 full.
Bake for about 1 hour, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the loaves to cool on wire racks before removing them from the pans.
