INGREDIENTS
Base Ingredients
- 🧈 130g butter
- 💧 162g water
- 🧂 2g salt
- 🌾 130g all-purpose flour
- 🥚 260g eggs
Topping
- 🍫 Dark or milk chocolate, as needed
STEPS
Combine butter, water, and salt in a pot and bring to a boil.
Add sifted flour to the boiling mixture and stir until fully incorporated and cooked.
Gradually add eggs to the hot dough, stirring until the mixture is smooth and elastic.
Pipe the dough into 2cm diameter balls onto a baking sheet and spray with water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 18 minutes.
Melt chocolate in a piping bag using a double boiler.
Poke a hole in the bottom of each choux pastry and fill with melted chocolate.
