Soy Sauce Mixture

STEPS
Place the soft tofu blocks in a large container, arranging them neatly.
Chop the chives into 1 cm pieces and finely chop the onion.
Prepare the soy sauce mixture by combining soy sauce, mirin, water, and sugar in a pot. Heat until the sugar dissolves, then let it cool.
Layer the chopped onion and chives on top of the tofu in the container.
Pour the cooled soy sauce mixture over the tofu and vegetables.
