- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Dressing
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice

STEPS
Cut the bok choy into 4 cm pieces and divide the root into 8 radial sections. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half lengthwise.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add the bok choy and cherry tomatoes, then toss to coat evenly.
