- 1 head (100g) chingensai
Meat
- 2 slices ham
Dressing
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the root of the chingensai slightly and slice it into 1cm widths.

Cut the ham into thirds, then slice into 1cm widths.
