INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bag chingensai
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the root off the chingensai, slice into 2cm pieces, and separate the leaves from the stems.
Boil water in a pot, add the chingensai stems, and cook on medium heat for about 1 minute. Add the leaves and cook for another minute. Drain well.
Reboil the water, add the bean sprouts, and cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Drain well.
Mix all the seasonings (marked ☆) in a bowl. Add the cooked chingensai and bean sprouts, then toss to combine.
