INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
Egg
- 🥚 3 eggs
Vegetable
- đź§… 1 scallion, chopped
Oil
- A small amount of canola oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2/3 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
STEPS
Chop 1 scallion into small pieces.
Heat a small amount of canola oil in a wok and add the chopped scallion.
Stir-fry the scallion until its aroma is released.
Push the scallion to one side of the wok and crack 3 eggs into the other side.
Scramble the eggs until they are 80% cooked.
Mix the eggs with the scallion lightly.
Add 1.5 cups of cooked rice and break it up with a spatula.
Add 1/2 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp oyster sauce, then stir-fry evenly.
Turn off the heat and mix in 2/3 tbsp sesame oil to finish.
