INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 medium bell peppers, sliced
- đź§… 1 medium onion, sliced
- 🥕 1 medium carrot, julienned
Protein
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
Noodles
- 150g glass noodles, soaked
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 2 cloves garlic, minced
Garnish
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped
STEPS
Prepare all vegetables by slicing bell peppers, onions, and julienning carrots.
Soak glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add tofu cubes and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add sliced vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Mix soy sauce and sugar, then pour over the vegetables and tofu.
Add soaked glass noodles and toss everything together for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
