INGREDIENTS
Main ingredients
- 🍥 1 piece of soft tofu
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup steamed mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, peas, corn kernels)
Seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
STEPS
Slice the tofu and place on a steaming tray, evenly spread mixed vegetables over the tofu.
In a bowl, mix low-sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper, stir well to make the sauce.
Bring water in the steamer to a boil, steam the tofu for 10 minutes, remove and drizzle with the sauce.
Finally, drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil for added aroma, and serve.
