INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/3 bunch chives, chopped
Grains
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
Liquids
- đź’§ 600ml water
Seasonings
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 2/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Toppings
- Pickled mustard greens, to taste
- 🌰 White sesame seeds, to taste
STEPS
Chop the chives into small pieces. Rinse the cooked white rice with water and drain.
In a pot, combine the rice and 600ml water. Bring to a boil, then add chicken stock powder, salt, and sesame oil. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the chopped chives and simmer for 1 more minute.
Serve in bowls and top with pickled mustard greens and sesame seeds.
