INGREDIENTS
Udon
- 1 pack of frozen udon noodles
- 🥚 1 onsen egg
Toppings
- 1 pack of natto with sauce (30g)
- 20g dried shirasu
- 2g katsuobushi flakes
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
- đź’§ 4 tbsp water
STEPS
Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain. Serve in a bowl.
In a bowl, mix the natto with its included sauce until combined.
Top the udon with natto, dried shirasu, chopped green onion, and white sesame seeds. Add the onsen egg, pour the sauce over, and finish with katsuobushi flakes.
