INGREDIENTS

- 🍤 12 shrimp
- 10 rice cakes
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp allulose
- 🧄 1 tbsp garlic
- Optional parsley
Defrosting Ingredients
- 💧 Adequate water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
STEPS
Defrost frozen shrimp by soaking in water with 1 tbsp vinegar for at least 10 minutes to remove odor and improve texture.
Pat dry the defrosted shrimp with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a pan and sauté shrimp and rice cakes.
Add soy sauce, ketchup, cooking wine, chili powder, and allulose to the pan and stir-fry.
Turn off the heat and optionally add 1 tbsp allulose or syrup for a glossy finish.
