- 10 chikuwa

- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Make a cut in the middle of each chikuwa and stuff with pizza cheese.
Spread out the pork slices, place the stuffed chikuwa on top, and roll tightly. Coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the chikuwa rolls seam-side down, and cook over medium heat while turning until the pork changes color.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and coat the rolls.
Plate the rolls and garnish with kaiware.
