    • 2 chikuwa fish cakes
  • Vegetables

    • 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
    • 🥕 1/4 carrot, thinly sliced
  • Meat

    • 1 slice of ham, cut into 1cm strips
  • Condiments

    • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
    • đź§‚ A pinch of salt
    • A pinch of pepper

STEPS

Thinly slice the chikuwa and cucumber. Slice the carrot and ham into 1cm wide strips.

Place the chikuwa and carrot in a microwave-safe container and heat at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it cool slightly.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
