STEPS

Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise and slice thinly. Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise and slice diagonally into 1cm pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the chikuwa over medium heat.

Add the green peppers and stir-fry until they become tender. Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and stir quickly, then add powdered cheese and mix well.
