- 4 chikuwa sticks
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
- 1/2 green onion
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut the chikuwa into halves lengthwise, then slice diagonally. Cut the garlic chives into 4 cm pieces and slice the green onion diagonally.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chikuwa and green onion, stir-fry until golden brown, then add garlic chives and stir briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, grated ginger) and stir-fry until well combined.
