- 🥒 1 cucumber
Mentaiko Mayo
- 50g mentaiko
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut off the ends of the cucumber, then use a rolling pin to smash it and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the chikuwa diagonally into thin pieces. Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix the mentaiko mayo ingredients (mentaiko, mayonnaise, mentsuyu, and sesame seeds). Add the cucumber and chikuwa, then mix well.
