    • 2 chikuwa sticks
    • 5 bell peppers (150g)
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 2 tsp ground white sesame

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice thinly crosswise. Place the bell peppers and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Slice the chikuwa into 5mm thick rings.

In a bowl, mix the gochujang, mayonnaise, and ground sesame. Add the bell peppers and chikuwa, then toss to combine.
