    • 1/2 bell pepper

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp plum extract
    • 1/2 tbsp chili powder

STEPS

Wash 1 handful of chicory under running water and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Slice 1/2 bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.

Thinly slice 1/2 red onion and soak it in water to remove the sharp taste.

Drain the red onion and mix it in a bowl with 1/2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp plum extract, and 1 tbsp sugar.

Add 1/2 tbsp chili powder and mix thoroughly.
