INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 125g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g lettuce
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Seasoning

- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Broth

- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut cherry tomatoes in half lengthwise.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add chicken, and cook until the color changes.
Add water, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, grated ginger, and cherry tomatoes. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Tear lettuce into pieces, add to the pot, and mix briefly. Cook for 1 minute.
