INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 2 chicken tenderloins
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Sauce
- 🍅 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
STEPS
Cut the roots off the kaiware sprouts and halve their length.
Halve the tomato, remove seeds, and finely chop.
Boil water in a pot. Cook chicken tenderloins for about 1 minute until done. Boil bean sprouts for 30 seconds. Drain and cool under running water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Shred the chicken tenderloins and mix them with bean sprouts, kaiware sprouts, and the sauce. Serve in a dish.
