STEPS
Butterfly the chicken tenderloins, remove the tendons, and season with salt and pepper.
Place a shiso leaf and two pieces of cheese (cut into quarters) on each tenderloin, then fold the tenderloin in half.
Lightly coat the folded chicken with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and cook until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook until fully done. Serve and sprinkle with pepper.
