- 🍗 150g chicken tenderloin
- 🥒 1 cucumber

- 30g bottled Zha Cai
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp steaming juice
STEPS
Cut the cucumber into thin diagonal slices, mince the green onion, and roughly chop the Zha Cai.
Make a slit in the chicken tenderloin. Place it in a microwave-safe container, season with salt, pepper, and cooking sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it cool slightly and shred into bite-sized pieces. Reserve 1 tbsp of the steaming juice.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, and steaming juice). Add the chicken, cucumber, green onion, and Zha Cai, then toss to combine.
