    • 🍗 2 chicken tenders (100g)
    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • 2 tbsp potato starch
    • đź§€ 1 tbsp grated cheese
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

STEPS

Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders. Slice diagonally into 2cm wide pieces. Cover with plastic wrap and flatten with your hand. Season both sides with salt, potato starch, and grated cheese.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Place the chicken pieces in the pan and pan-fry, flipping occasionally, until golden and crispy.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
