- 🍗 2 chicken tenders (100g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 4 okras
Fermented Foods
- 1 pack natto with sauce
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Rub okra with a pinch of salt, rinse under water, and microwave in a heatproof container for 1 minute at 600W. Cool in water, remove stems, and slice into 5mm rounds.
Place chicken tenders in a heatproof container, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Let cool and shred.
Mix natto with its included sauce in a bowl. Add shredded chicken, sliced okra, and the ☆ seasonings. Combine well.
