INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders (100g)
- 50g mizuna
- 🥒 300g grated daikon
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 400ml water
☆ Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the root ends off the mizuna and slice into 4cm pieces. Grate the daikon and drain the excess liquid.
Cut the chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces, then coat them with salt and potato starch.
In a pot, heat water and dashi powder until boiling. Add the chicken and simmer over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the ☆ seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce), mizuna, and grated daikon to the pot. Heat briefly until warmed through.
