INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders (100g)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts (100g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp salted kombu
- to taste white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut off both ends of the cucumber and slice it thinly.
Pierce the chicken tenders with a fork in several places and sprinkle sake over them.
Place bean sprouts and chicken tenders in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Drain and let cool. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine cucumber, bean sprouts, shredded chicken, sesame oil, and salted kombu. Mix well.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
