  • Vegetables

    • 🥦 250g broccoli
    • 75g red bell pepper
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Cut broccoli into small florets and slice the stem into 5mm pieces. Chop red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.

Slice chicken tenders diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with cornstarch.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned on one side, then flip. Add broccoli, red bell pepper, and 1 tbsp water. Cover and steam for 3 minutes.

Add sake, sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until everything is well coated and cooked through.
