    • 🌱 65g bean sprouts

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
    • 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
    • A pinch of black pepper

Separate the bok choy leaves and stems. Cut the stems into 3-4 pieces and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Place the bean sprouts and bok choy in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Place the chicken breast in a microwave-safe dish and poke a few holes with a fork. Add sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, sesame oil, ponzu sauce, ground sesame seeds, and black pepper). Add the bok choy, bean sprouts, and chicken, and toss to combine.
