  • Protein

    • 🍗 300g skinless chicken breast
    • 🥚 1 egg
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Flour

    • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Cooking Oil

    • Enough salad oil for frying

Chop the chicken breast roughly and mince it with a knife.

In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, egg, and all seasoning ingredients (sake, salt and pepper, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and flour). Mix well.

Heat about 1cm of salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Scoop the mixture with a spoon, shape it into oval patties, and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.
