- 🍗 150g chicken mince
- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
- 20g chopped shibazuke
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Frying Oil
- As needed salad oil

Finely chop the shibazuke.

Place all filling ingredients into a plastic bag and knead well. Cut the corner of the bag and squeeze out into approximately 8 portions.

Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, about 3cm deep. Fry the portions while rolling them until the surface is golden brown.
