    • 150g ground chicken
    • 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms, minced
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp potato starch

Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and mince them finely.
