INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 3 chicken tenders
- 1 mentaiko (remove skin)
Dairy

Seasoning

Wrapper
- 8 spring roll wrappers
Binding

STEPS
Remove tendons from chicken tenders and season with salt, pepper, and sake.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Let the chicken cool slightly, then shred it finely.
Place a slice of cheese, shredded chicken, and mentaiko on a spring roll wrapper and roll tightly. Seal the end with flour-water paste.
Heat salad oil to 170°C and fry the rolls until golden brown.
