    • 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp sake

Pierce the skin side of the chicken thigh with a fork and make 4 cuts on the opposite side.

Place the chicken in the container, coat both sides with the seasoning, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Flip the chicken, cover again, and microwave for another 3 minutes.

Let the chicken cool slightly with the wrap on, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve on a plate with baby leaf on the side.
