INGREDIENTS
Essential Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 1 serving udon noodles
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- đź§… 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/2 handful green onion, sliced
Chicken Marinade

- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning

STEPS
Score the chicken thighs and marinate with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Heat a pan and cook the chicken skin-side down until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
In the same pan, add sliced onions and sauté using the chicken fat.
Add 1/2 cup water and 1 cup milk to the pan and bring to a boil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once boiling, add curry powder and udon noodles. Cook until the noodles are tender.
Plate the curry udon and slice the cooked chicken to place on top. Garnish with green onion slices.
