    • 🍗 1 pack (115g) salad chicken
    • 🥒 1 cucumber
    • 🥬 4 leaves (100g) lettuce
    • 🌿 2 sheets Korean seaweed
    • Chili threads as needed
  • Dressing

    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
    • đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
    • 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Shred the salad chicken by hand. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Smash the cucumber with a rolling pin and break it into bite-sized pieces by hand.

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, sesame seeds). Add the lettuce and cucumber, and toss to combine.

Plate the salad, tearing the Korean seaweed into pieces and sprinkling it over the top. Place the shredded salad chicken on top and garnish with chili threads if desired.
